For Orthodox 'Right Handed' Fighters.

- Full extension on right arm.

- Wrist rotated.

- Left hand at chin, elbow tight to ribs.

- Back foot turned.

- Right hip helping transfer the bodyweight.

- Chin down, eyes glued to target.

Southpaws... same rules apply, but 'left' instead of 'right'.
