HOW LONG TIL I SEE RESULTS?

My clients start seeing results straight away, with full commitment to the program and their nutritional goals. It can't be one without the other. If you kinda do the program, you’ll kinda get results.

This is not a 6 week detox. I want to teach you how to keep these results for life.  The sign of a great coach is educating their clients, so that one day, you will not need me at all. You will be fully confident in your choices and won't ever have to ask me about a diet ever again.

HOW OFTEN DO WE COMMUNICATE

You have me 1-1, every 2 weeks. This gives me time to watch your stats from the back end of the app, see if you’ve been hitting the workouts, staying on track with your nutrition. We re-align the game plan (if needed) on these calls.

You can text me with our messenger app any time at all. 

So when the little Qs pop up, deffo shoot me a Q! Anytime. Literally. Some clients have Qs every other day.

I AM VERY BUSY, CAN I DO THIS?

DEFFO!!!! I work with plenty of busy people, at home moms, to in-office CEOs. 

Those who make time for themselves in this regard, actually find more time, and more energy to give to the world. The best part is, in person, if we agreed to train at 1pm, we both have to show up, in this online program, if you need to move your workout to another time, even another day, you have the flexibility within your own schedule.

HOW MUCH IS THE PROGRAM?

This program is a 90 day/3 month commitment. One payment of $597.

So for less than $50 per week you’re getting all your workouts, check ins, and nutritional e-books.

I don't discuss cost until the consultation, as prices may change in the future. But it mostly depends on what it is you need exactly, and for how long.

I have coached newbies through a “learn to box in 6 minutes” intro for our group Boxing Fitness class.

I have learnt over the years, ways to simplify Boxing, Fitness, and Nutrition, so you spend less time confused and get moving from the get go while learning as you go.

I'm Kez, a Boxing & Fitness Expert. 

 

A retired Amateur Fighter turned Professional Boxing Coach back home in Ireland. Moving to LA to pursue my passion of training people how to Box and get fit.

Ive worked with Box N Burn for over 6 years, and am the gyms GM and co-owner, we’re the experts when it comes to Boxing Fitness, being voted Californias #1 workout by Men's Health magazine.

I’ve trained 100s of people 1-1 in person, from Boxing for fights, for fitness, to not Boxing at all but doing Strength & Conditioning Training. 

I’m now bringing all this experience & knowledge and tying it together in a carefully programmed (100% by me) Online Training Program, so you can feel the full experience my clients get in my Boxing Gym in Los Angeles. 

I also work with the Box N Burn Academy where we teach fitness professionals how to teach Boxing, so I can 100% say, and confidently say, when it comes to Boxing Fitness, you are in the best hands. I don’t mean that in a big headed way. This is my thing, it's what I do!!!!!!
